"Form 1 Adventure Counseling: Take the First Brave Step – Rappelling from High Structures"

On October 12, Form 1 students and their parents took part in a guidance activity titled “Brave the First Step: High-Element Rappelling Adventure.” Through this thrilling experience, participants journeyed through nature like ancient explorers, prompting deep self-reflection and a profound understanding of the wisdom: “Knowing others is intelligence; knowing oneself is true enlightenment.”

With an open and optimistic heart, students faced challenges and adversity head-on, striving toward the spirit of “Scaling the heights to behold all mountains below.” The activity not only cultivated personal growth and a positive outlook on life, but also fostered team unity and the spirit of “Together in the same boat, watching out for one another.”

"To mark the beginning of this meaningful journey, teachers, parents, and students came together

for a commemorative group photo — a snapshot of unity and anticipation."

"Prior to the activity, thorough safety preparations were made. With all participants properly equipped,

the stage was set for a worry-free and enriching experience."

"Prior to the descent, warm-up and training sessions were essential — not only to prepare the body,

but also to steady the mind, empowering participants to face the challenge with focus and resilience."

"With unwavering composure, Principal Wong Hoi Cheuk took the lead in rappelling alongside the students — a powerful gesture that embodied courage, trust, and the spirit of shared growth."

"Following the activity, heartfelt reflections were shared by parents and students alike. The experience was seen as a meaningful bridge between generations, fostering deeper connection and inspiring students to embrace life’s challenges with resilience and hope.
