Hong Kong Green Building Council Student Competition 2024-2025
The Hong Kong Green Building Council aims to create a greener built environment for Hong Kong, thereby protecting the planet and benefiting the city's residents.
The Council is dedicated to raising public awareness and understanding of green buildings, instilling knowledge of green building concepts in the younger generation so that they can become pioneers in promoting sustainable architecture.
The objectives of the competition are as follows:
● Promote the concept of green buildings and relevant green building standards within schools
● Provide training for students and teachers, encourage students to express their views on green building concepts, and cultivate their creative thinking
● Impart knowledge of green buildings and related standards to students and teachers
● Guide students towards a green lifestyle and further promote this to their families and peers The competition also encourages students to unleash their creativity by integrating green building concepts into real life, creating ideal green spaces.
Our school team stood out in the finals and, after rigorous assessment by a professional judging panel, successfully won the championship in the junior secondary category. Congratulations to the awardees!
