The 2025 New Territories Outstanding Students Awards Grand Finals brought together outstanding secondary school students from across the New Territories, showcasing their exceptional abilities in academics, leadership, community service, and personal development. The selection process was rigorous, requiring participants to progress through preliminary, secondary, and final rounds. Throughout these stages, contestants underwent various forms of assessment—including group discussions, impromptu speeches, individual interviews, and leadership tests—designed to comprehensively evaluate their overall qualities.

After a series of intense competitions, Form 4 student Shek Hoi Chi stood out from the crowd and was honored as one of the Top Ten Outstanding Students of the New Territories this year.
