Geography Club Coca Cola Factory visit

The School's Geography Club organized a "Coca-Cola Factory Visit" on November 14th, where 28 students and teachers embarked on a field trip to the Swire Coca-Cola HK factory in Shatin. The activity aimed to provide students with a first-hand experience of industrial production processes, thereby deepening their understanding of geographical concepts.

Under the guidance of professional docents, students toured the Coca-Cola history gallery and the automated production line, witnessing the impressive production capacity of 48,000 bottles per hour. They learned about the key factors considered in the Shatin factory's location, such as transportation accessibility and costs, which directly reinforced the industrial location theory covered in their curriculum.

During the visit, the students were particularly engaged by the product tasting session and gained insights into the innovations in packaging materials for bottled beverages. This field trip successfully bridged theoretical knowledge with practical application, significantly broadening the students' learning horizons.

Our students excelled in this year's DSE exams with a 97% pass rate, surpassing both local and regional averages.
