Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Student Ambassador 2025 Germany Study Tour

The Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Student Ambassador Germany Study Tour was held from October 24 to November 2. The purpose of the tour was to allow 24 student ambassadors from 18 secondary schools under the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals to gain a deeper understanding of German culture and customs, as well as the relationship between China and Germany. After a selection process at the Tung Wah Group headquarters, our student, Tam Tsz Yan from class 5C, was successfully chosen to serve as a student ambassador, representing Tung Wah Group of Hospitals in Germany for this exchange.

During the exchange, students undertook the important mission of cultural exchange, visiting places such as the Chinese Embassy in Germany, the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Berlin, and the Bank of China (Berlin Branch) to learn about models of cooperation between China and Germany. The delegation also visited many famous landmarks, including the German Historical Museum, the German Spy Museum, the Holocaust Memorial, and Dachau Concentration Camp, to experience history firsthand. In addition, they visited Munich University and Bauhaus University, Weimar, to broaden their horizons and learn about the academic atmosphere in Germany.

The study tour provided students with a valuable learning opportunity. It is hoped that through this tour, students can learn through travel, personally experience foreign cultures, and broaden their international perspectives.
