School Wins Boys' Overall Title at Kwai Tsing District Athletics Meet

Our school once again claimed the championship title at the Kwai Tsing District Inter-School Athletics Competition, standing out among numerous schools and fully demonstrating our students' remarkable athletic abilities and team spirit. Each athlete strived with determination and fought hard to achieve excellent results, embodying our school's core value of "continuous self-improvement."

Form 6 student Lau Kin Wai excelled in fierce competition, and powerfully won the gold medal in the Boys' Division A 110m hurdles. With impressive breakthrough ability and speed, he created a glorious moment for the school. At the same time, he represented our school in the Division A 4×400m relay. Despite a points deficit, Lau Kin Wai persevered, gave his all, and displayed the true spirit of never giving up.

Form 4 student Wong Chun also performed outstandingly, participating in the Boys' Division B 4×400m relay. Even though his teammates had limited practice time, Wong Chun and his teammates continuously encouraged each other and bravely faced challenges. Through stable mindset and excellent teamwork, they achieved amazing results, fully demonstrating potential and confidence, and becoming a role model among their peers.

Meanwhile, Division A girls' athlete Lo Wing Lam set a new record for the district! In the Girls' Division A discus event, she broke the previous record of 30.18 meters with a stunning throw of 36.24 meters, adding another brilliant achievement for the school and making her the spotlight of the event.

With the excellent performances and mutual support of all athletes, our school successfully won the overall boys' team championship. Whether in individual or group events, everyone achieved their goals and won applause and honor through fighting spirit and teamwork.

Physical Education teacher Mr. Chan also expressed special appreciation for the students, encouraging everyone: "Every point is invaluable. As long as we work together, victory is within sight!” The teacher's words boosted the students' confidence, inspiring them to maintain their passion, strive for new heights, and set more records. The principal also encouraged the students after the competition, praising their perseverance and teamwork, and motivating everyone to maintain a proactive attitude, pursue excellence in future challenges, and uphold the spirit of “continuous self-improvement.”
