Unwire.hk Visits Our Biotech Lab: Exclusive Interview with the iGEM 2024 HK-Joint-School Team

Our students, alongside their teammates from the HK-Joint-School iGEM 2024 Team, were featured in an exclusive interview with the renowned local tech media, Unwire.hk.

We were honored to host the interview filming right here in our school’s Biotechnology Research Laboratory to share their journey with the public.

During the interview, our students and their joint-school teammates detailed their collaborative success: project KAPI. By leveraging the power of Artificial Intelligence, the cross-school team successfully developed a novel anti-cancer peptide designed to assist in lung cancer treatment. This groundbreaking project not only clinched the Gold Medal at the International Genetically Engineered Machine (iGEM) competition in Paris but also ranked among the Top 5 Global High School teams for "Best Education Promotion" and "Best Model."
