Dr Tse Yuen Man Memorial Scholarship Open Essay Competition for Secondary School Students
In 2025 – 2026 school year, student Ng Wing Ki from Class 6B participated in the Dr Tse Yuen Man Memorial Scholarship Open Essay Competition for Secondary School Students, organized by the Hong Kong Lung Foundation.
With her essay titled “How to Reject the New Generation of Smoking Hazards—E-cigarettes, Heated Tobacco, and Hookah”, she demonstrated profound insight into respiratory diseases and anti-smoking policies, expressed through fluent and thoughtful writing. Her outstanding performance earned her the scholarship award and a prize of HK$5,000.
Our school was honored to invite Dr. So Kit Ying, Chairperson of the Hong Kong Lung Foundation, to present the award and share her expertise with all teachers and students on respiratory health and government tobacco control policies.
Once again, we warmly congratulate Ng Wing Ki of Class 6B for being awarded the Dr Tse Yuen Man Memorial Scholarship by the Hong Kong Lung Foundation, bringing pride and honor to our school.
