Form 2 Mathematics and Form 3 Science Special Learning Day

On March 13, 2026, Form 3 students experienced engaging science learning activities. All students participated in fruit DNA extraction, learning about the existence genetic code. They also made their own Zoetrope, understanding the principle of persistence of vision behind physics. Finally, through a fair test, they investigated the launching distance of a chemical carbonate rocket. These enriched their experience in learning science.

Additionally, Form 2 students had an engaging math learning experience. The students played the card game "Take 6!", applying logical reasoning and basic probability to predict their opponents' strategies. They also played the "Blokus" puzzle board game, enhancing their spatial awareness and problem-solving skills by piecing together geometric blocks. This enriched their experience of learning math through games and allowed them to appreciate the practical wisdom within. Feel free to browse through their activity photos here.
