“Charting My Own Path, With Parents by My Side – Let’s Run!”

On April 22, the Parent-Teacher Association organized the parent-child hiking experience “Charting My Own Path, With Parents by My Side – Let's Run!”, inviting families to step into nature and enjoy a different kind of journey together.

A total of 35 families (75 participants) joined the event. Through ice-breaking games, team collaboration, and route challenges, students took the lead—setting off from Pok Fu Lam Public Riding School and making their way to High West. Along the trail, there was laughter, challenge, and plenty of mutual support.

What made the day truly special was seeing students step up with confidence—showing leadership, problem-solving skills, and determination. At the same time, parents learned to let go a little, to trust, and to walk alongside their children as they grow in their own way.

Reaching the summit of High West was more than completing a hike—it was a shared moment of growth, connection, and breakthrough ❤️

Sometimes, growing up is about learning to run forward—together.
