The Activity Planning Workshop under the Extraordinary Leadership Training Programme 2024 provided an excellent platform for students to learn how to design and implement different types of activities. Through these hands-on experiences, participants not only enhanced their organizational and leadership skills, but also learned the importance of expressing themselves clearly and listening attentively to the ideas of others.

The workshop emphasized teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving, encouraging students to think critically about the steps required to plan successful events. By engaging in practical exercises, they gained confidence in managing tasks, coordinating with peers, and adapting to challenges.
