Through the Leadership Training Day Camp organized for Career Planning Ambassadors, students were encouraged to cultivate resilience, expand their perspectives, and strengthen their interpersonal skills. The programme emphasized teamwork, communication, and empathy, equipping participants with the qualities necessary to become effective leaders who can inspire and support those around them.
