Mindfulness Stress-Relief Workshop
The Form 5 class-based Mindfulness Stress-Relief Workshop was designed to promote both physical and mental well-being through mindfulness practice and creative art activities. The workshop included breathing exercises and handicraft making, helping Form 5 students to reduce stress, improve concentration and creativity, while also enhancing self-awareness and emotional regulation skills.
As part of the workshop, students were able to create unique decorative charms, combining relaxation with artistic expression. This meaningful experience not only supported their personal growth but also encouraged them to adopt healthier ways of managing stress in their daily lives.
