My Way Form 4 Aptitude and Personality Assessment Workshop
This academic year, our school's Further Studies and Careers Guidance Team, in collaboration with social workers from My Way, co-organised the "Form 4 Aptitude / Personality Assessment Workshop." The workshop helped students gain a clearer understanding of their personal strengths and weaknesses, as well as their future planning needs.
Through the activities, participants deepened their self-awareness by exploring their own personality traits and the core values required in various professions and career paths. This insight supports students in discovering and identifying suitable directions for their future careers.
The workshop provided a valuable opportunity for Form 4 students to reflect on themselves at this important transitional stage, equipping them with better tools for making informed decisions about further studies and career choices. A big thank you to the Careers Guidance Team and My Way social workers for organising such a meaningful and supportive session!
